Now that christmas is over, many of us have leftover prime rib sitting in the refrigerator.
Busy Day Barbeque Brisket
Savory roast beef with tender carrots and the recipe that i have mostly used for cooking a roast over the years was simply sprinkling salt and pepper and a packet of lipton onion soup mix.
Recipe Summary Busy Day Barbeque Brisket
Brisket is rubbed with spices and liquid smoke and then cooked in a slow cooker with barbeque sauce until tender and juicy. This calls for just enough barbecue sauce for that smoky flavor while still allowing the flavor of the meat to come through. Hint: It's even better if you marinate it in the dry rub overnight.Ingredients | Leftover Beef Roast Recipes Crock Pot
